King Koil always aims to provide the best service for customers when shopping at King Koil. In order for customers' interests to be maximally protected when shopping, King Koil has a policy to support customers in checking, viewing goods, and co-checking with delivery staff when receiving goods.

1. Regulations on goods inspection

Goods inspection is to perform the tasks of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by King Koil with the products in the customer's order.

Before receiving goods and making payment, you have the right to inspect the product but are not allowed to try the product.

Please open the package to check to ensure the order is delivered with the correct model and quantity as ordered. Do not try or test the product.

After agreeing with the delivered items, you pay the delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receive the goods.

2. Scope of goods inspection

Customers can visually inspect the products they actually receive, compare the received products with the products on the order after King Koil staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: quantity, product code, size, color...

The inspection will not include scratching the product's own anti-counterfeit warranty stamp (affecting the warranty stamp, product packaging, etc.) or in-depth inspection (trial, etc.).

3. Steps to take when the goods received are not as ordered

If the product you received is not the same as the product you ordered, please contact hotline: 1800.1215 or email: cskh@kingkoil.vn to meet with customer service to confirm the order.

In case King Koil delivers incorrectly according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or make payment. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to resubmit a new order or not, King Koil will refund you as soon as possible.

In case King Koil packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes their needs, the return policy will apply according to the website order regulations. In this case, the customer will pay delivery costs.

4. Information channels to receive customer complaints.
