What is the warranty policy?
Warranty conditions: Fix failures and problems caused by manufacturer errors.

1.1. The product is warranted for free if all of the following conditions are met:
- Products included in the warranty list.
- The product has a technical defect due to the Manufacturer (The thickness of the mattresses is not equal, the cross-section is not flat, the product surface is convex, etc.).
- The product has been successfully registered for electronic warranty activation at the time of purchase.
- The warranty period on the warranty card or electronic warranty system is still valid.
- Warranty card (if any) is intact, not patched, not erased, repaired, or smeared.
- Warranty card with full information: product code, customer name, address, date of purchase
- The product is used strictly according to the Instructions for Use and Warning Information from the manufacturer. Instructions for use are included with the product.

1.2. The product is not warranted or will incur a warranty fee if it falls into one of the following cases:
- Products are not covered by warranty.
- The product does not satisfy one of the warranty conditions in section 1.1.
- The product is damaged due to user error, and the damage is not within the scope of the Manufacturer's warranty.
- The product is used for the wrong purpose or used and stored incorrectly in accordance with the instructions for use.
- The product has not been registered for electronic warranty.

1.3. Warranty period
The warranty period of each product is clearly stated in each product information. Warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.
