Order instruction

When purchasing online, customers can take the following steps:

- Method 1: Customers enter known product information into the search box

- Method 2: Click on the "Collection" category, refer to and select products.

- Method 3: Click on the contact icon in the lower right corner of the screen, choose the appropriate method such as calling the hotline or texting. KingKoil encourages customers to text using Facebook to store messages and easily search for chat again (Chat messages as guests will be lost after 24 hours)

 

 

- After selecting a large category, you choose the specific product you want to buy. The "Product Filter" tool will help you choose the most suitable King Koil mattress according to the following criteria: product line, features, firmness

- When you find the product you want to buy, you choose the size, quantity and place an order. If you want to buy more products, add the current product to your cart, then go back to other products to buy more. This process can be repeated until you have finished adding all the products you want to buy to your cart.

- Click “Buy now” or “View cart” to proceed with payment. You can click the “Delete” button to cancel the selected product.

- Next, you choose the appropriate payment method, fill it out completely and carefully check the payment information.

- Order payment is successful when there is a confirmation message, you can download order information to view.
