The quality and skillful hands of skilled craftsmen create premium King Koil spring mattress products and allow King Koil to provide a limited warranty against errors in manufacturing and materials (except fabric, handles and quilting patterns if any on the product).
If service is required to correct defects within the warranty period and regulations, the mattress will be repaired free of charge, without labor and material charges or subject to inspection by our technician. Customers will pay for shipping costs.
If service is required to correct a defect not covered by the warranty and the warranty period has expired, the mattress components will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of technician. The customer is responsible for labor and material costs along with shipping costs incurred. If replacement materials are not available at the time of warranty, the manufacturer may use materials of equivalent quality.
A purchase invoice including date, address and purchase price information is required for warranty coverage. Labels with product model name and origin must be available to easily verify the type and warranty period. In case you cannot contact the agent, please call or contact the manufacturer. If you have moved house, you can contact the nearest agent in your area.

Warranty scope
Warranty covers the following items (Warranty only applies to products that are properly stored and used):
- The spring coil is stretched or broken.
- The spring coil protrudes and punctures the mattress
- Abnormal sagging sleeping position
- Sagging, but only if the mattress is used and placed on the bed frame properly.
Warranty limitations
The warranty does not include (but is not limited to) the following:
- Stains, tears or other damage to the mattress cover/divan cover occurring after delivery (except in cases where the defect is caused by spring coils or protruding springs)
- Steel wire covering the edges running along the perimeter of the mattress is bent if it is determined that the bends occurred after delivery.
- Any damage from using a bed or support frame that does not match the product size.
- Any damage from used mattresses/divans.
- Dissatisfaction or damage caused by the thickness or heaviness of the mattress.
- Variation due to mattress/divan does not meet personal preferences.
- The lying position is sunken (within allowable limits).
- Have arbitrarily replaced any part of the mattress/divan.
- Damage to mattress/divan due to strong impact.
- The handle is torn, the stitching is broken or there is a tear on the mattress cover where the handle is attached if it is determined that the handle was used to move or carry the mattress after delivery.
- The product is found to be in an unsanitary condition or defective due to reasons other than manufacturing or materials.
*King Koil is not responsible for shipping costs during the warranty period.
To ensure the best product longevity and quality, please read the following instructions carefully:
- Turn the mattress from the end to the beginning.
- Repeat the above process every 2-3 months.
Please keep the original invoice and complete product information labels. These documents are required when submitting a warranty claim.
